We endeavor to ship your order the day after it is received in our system. On very rare occasions there may be a delay due to an item being temporarily out-of-stock; in this case, we will contact you with the approximate delivery date.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy:

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by NZNG.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We will happily pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. On the rare occasion where a product does need to be returned please email or call our office to inform us of the situation so we can arrange for the items to be collected by our shipper.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once the items have been received back into our warehouse (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
