Kaitaia Fire Ltd. was established in 1989 on a 5 acre organic farm in the Far North of New Zealand. Our aim is to provide top quality New Zealand made hot sauces, using the finest organic produce sourced from our Doubtless Bay region. We hope that by using our sauces, discernng customers throughout the world, will be able to experience a little of what makes this country great, and perhaps learn and appreciate a small sample of our culture.

Waha Wera is Maori for "burnt mouth", which is what you will get for eating this amazing blend of Kiwifruit, Manuka Honey and Habanero Pepper. Voted "Worlds Best Hot Fruit Sauce" in the Chile Pepper Magazine's Fiery Food Challenge (1996). This is a unique hot fruit sauce with fantastic flavor and a great kick.
